Meaning.
Every decision.
Adds value.
Or takes away value.

I’m writing.
Speaks to this.
From the everyday.
Perspective.
To the global effect.
In the practical.
One of the ways.
I can track this.
Is writing in my diary.
It tracks daily.
What I achieve.
What I don’t.
How I feel.
What I want to feel.
What I see.
And what is truth.
From my truth. Today.
It’s a powerful tool.
To be able to use.
To “exercise the muscle of HI”
(Human intelligence)
To track.
Where I’m at.
With conversion.
In all areas.
When opening.
My diary.
